The 2025 ESPYS are taking place TONIGHT (July 16) presented by Capital One.
This annual ESPN awards show recognizes major sports achievements, remembers unforgettable moments, and honors the leading performers and performances.
Icon Award Recipients
This year, the Icon Award will be handed out to WNBA star Diana Taurasi and former United States Women’s National Soccer Team player Alex Morgan, for their “incredible careers and significant impact on the world of sports.”
Special Awards
Additional special awards will include honoring Oscar Robertson with the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage, Katie Schumacher-Cawley with the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance, and David Walters and Erin Regan receiving the Pat Tillman Award for Service.

The 2025 ESPYS will air live TONIGHT (July 16) starting at 8pm ET/PT on ABC from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, and will be available for streaming the next day on Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.
