Rylie’s Reaction and Mickey’s Strategy

The episode picks up with Rylie visibly upset after losing his HOH status to Mickey. Meanwhile, Rachel and Ashley are still reeling from their earlier confrontation with Katherine, whom Rachel labeled a “bully” for criticizing Ashley’s demeanor during Rylie’s rough day.

From One HOH to Another

Rylie manages to meet Mickey privately, where he attempts to convince her that he is not targeting her or her allies. Despite his anger over losing his position, this confrontation unexpectedly brings Rylie and Katherine closer, sparking a budding romance.

With the “Triple Threat” alliance of Mickey, Morgan, and Jimmy in control, they weigh their options for nominations. The likely targets are those who voted against Rylie last week, specifically Katherine, Rylie, Kelley, and Keanu.

In a surprising move, Kelley, who had volunteered for nomination in previous weeks, requests not to be nominated this week due to her birthday. Rylie, despite his emotional turmoil, attends Mickey’s HOH room reveal and apologizes for his earlier behavior. Mickey then proposes that Rylie go on the block as a pawn, intending to eliminate Keanu.

At the nomination ceremony, Mickey follows through by placing Keanu on the block as her primary target, with Rylie and Kelley as pawns.
