A Legacy of Talent

Tributes from Co-Stars

Actress Emma Samms, who portrayed Rogers’ on-screen love interest Holly, expressed her sorrow on social media, stating, “I was incredibly sad to hear the news about Tristan. I loved working with him, and we were both grateful to have that opportunity for over 40 years. He taught me to be comfortable in front of the cameras and introduced me to spontaneity and fun, even amidst the challenges that Robert and Holly faced.”

Robert and Holly were celebrated as one of daytime television’s supercouples.

Fond Memories from Fellow Actors

Other GH stars, including Rick Springfield, remembered Rogers as a “witty bloke from the Great Southern Land,” while Genie Francis referred to him as a “very bright light.” Earlier on Friday, GH Executive Producer Frank Valentini shared, “The entire General Hospital family is heartbroken to hear of Tristan Rogers’ passing. Tristan was a one-of-a-kind talent and will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.”
