Jimmy’s Bold Moves

Jimmy Heagerty made quite the spectacle last week, promising to put an end to Keanu Soto’s reign of terror during the Power of Veto meeting. Fast forward to this week, and Jimmy followed through on his bold talk by winning Head of Household — a golden opportunity to prove the strategic chops he’s been bragging about. Unfortunately, instead of a masterclass in gameplay, Jimmy’s HOH reign unraveled into what can only be described as… well, a mess. And now, somehow, three of the least-threatening players in the game are sitting on the block.

Threats and Blindsides

Determined to uncover secret powers lurking in the house, Jimmy walked into his HOH week guns blazing, threatening everyone with a trip to “Block City” unless they fessed up. Kelley Jorgensen quickly confessed to holding a secret Veto power, and for her honesty, Jimmy rewarded her by putting her on the block beside his longtime nemesis, Keanu. He also blindsided Adrian Rocha — assuring him he was just a pawn. (Spoiler: pawns often don’t stay pawns. It’s Big Brother 101.)

Power of Veto Chaos

But in trademark BB fashion, things didn’t go Jimmy’s way. Keanu snagged the Power of Veto, effortlessly dodging Jimmy’s effort to take a shot at him. To twist the knife, Keanu’s win came courtesy of none other than Season 20 champ Kaycee Clark. Scrambling for options, Jimmy replaced Keanu with a fourth nominee: Amy Bingham. After asking if she trusted him — spoiler, she shouldn’t, but said she did — Jimmy rewarded her optimism by dropping her on the block. Tough luck, Amy.

Escalating Tensions

As if the chaos wasn’t already brewing, Kelley decided to cash in her not-so-secret Veto power next, taking herself off the block and forcing Jimmy to name a fifth nominee. By this point, Jimmy’s HOH reign had officially gone off the rails. He settled on Cliffton “Will” Williams, a player whose strategic resume isn’t exactly intimidating — and just like that, Jimmy went from trying to take out his strongest rival, Keanu, to ending up with three of the weakest players in the house sitting on the block. Not exactly the power move he’d envisioned.

Household Drama

Meanwhile, other conflicts seem to be bubbling to the surface. Ashley Hollis was seeing red after telling Rachel Reilly how much she loves cleaning her bathroom at home. “That’s funny, because here you don’t,” Rachel snapped back. Infuriated, Ashley crawled into the hammock with Amy and said, “[Rachel] can go next.” Who knew cleaning habits could spark such drama? But in the Big Brother house, even the housework can be weaponized.

Secret Powers and Strategic Moves

Jimmy did manage to accomplish one thing during his chaotic HOH reign: flushing out the secret powers in the house. Both Keanu and Kelley played their cards this week, leaving only Mickey Lee’s ability to overthrow an HOH still in play. While Mickey had only confided in her closest ally, Morgan Pope, about winning the power, the rest of the house seems to have pieced it together.

At last count, Rachel, Will, Amy, Zach, and Adrian had all speculated that Mickey holds the final power. With so many eyes on her, any attempt to use it could end up being neutralized before it ever gains traction. Sure, Jimmy inadvertently exposed this last lingering twist, but whether it turns out to be an advantage for him — or yet another problem — remains to be seen. Until then, Mickey may find herself navigating some increasingly tricky waters as everyone keeps watching her every move.

Zach’s Secret Weapon

That brings us to Zach Cornell — the only player left in the house holding onto a secret that actually carries some weight. Zach has remained tight-lipped about his ability to buy his way off the block with the $10k he won on the very first night in the game. If he’s smart — and he seems to be — he’ll keep it that way. For now, he’s flying under the radar: he’s not a target, but he’s also not exactly sitting in a position of power.

As the girls rally around Zach, trying to sway him to their side in a bid to save Amy over Adrian this week, Zach plays it cool. While nodding along, he quietly whispers to the cameras, “I need Adrian in this game.” We’ll have more updates as the vote draws closer. Stay tuned!
