Skydance Media has officially confirmed its senior leadership team in anticipation of its upcoming merger with Paramount Global. This announcement comes as the company prepares for significant changes in its corporate structure.
New Executive Team
The newly unveiled executive team comprises ten key leaders who will operate under the executive leadership team revealed earlier this week. David Ellison will assume the roles of CEO and chairman of Paramount following the merger’s completion.

- Kevin MacLellan, President, International and Global Content Distribution
- Rebecca Mall, President, Cross Company Initiatives, Franchise, and Corporate Marketing
- Matt Thunell, President, Paramount Television Studios
- Kevin Creighton, EVP, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
- Tony Driscoll, EVP, Head of Corporate Strategy & Development
- Efrain Miron, EVP, Head of Content Strategy & Licensing, DTC
- Jose Turkienicz, EVP, Head of Global Operations
- Laura Watson, EVP, Corporate and Executive Communications
- Jane Wiseman, EVP, Head of Originals, DTC
Strategic Business Segments
In a recent restructuring, Paramount has organized its operations into three primary business segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and TV Media. Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein will oversee studios as Co-Chairs of Paramount Pictures, with Goldberg also chairing Paramount Television. George Cheeks will chair TV Media, and Cindy Holland will lead Direct-to-Consumer.

Deadline previously reported that Wiseman and Miron would join Holland’s team, Granger would lead film under Goldberg and Wiseman, and Thunell would manage the revamped Paramount TV Studios.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
MacLellan will return to oversee the company’s international strategy, managing Paramount’s interests in British broadcaster Channel 5 and Australian broadcaster Network 10. He will also handle the licensing of film and TV content to global networks.

Mall, who previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Skydance Media, will now oversee marketing campaigns and franchise management.
Creighton, with experience at StubHub and Netflix, will manage Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations for Paramount.
Driscoll will lead corporate strategy and development, leveraging his background from Epic Games, Warner Bros., AT&T, and Disney.
Turkienicz will manage global business services, procurement, real estate, security, and enterprise support services, coming from UPS.
Watson will collaborate with Paramount’s Chief Communications Officer to guide the company’s communications strategy, focusing on executive, financial, and internal communications.
